New England PGA Fall Meeting and Election

The New England PGA will be changing the organization of the Board of Director/Officers this October at the 2011 NEPGA Fall Meeting on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 9:00 AM at Black Rock Country Club in Hingham, MA.

The New England PGA will be aligning with The PGA of America and our chapters by changing the composition of the Officers to make an additional chair for a Vice President. The Officers shall be the President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer who shall serve a term, and the immediate past president will remain on the Board of Directors.

The deadline for candidates to submit their petitions was August 10, 2011. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the five New England PGA members that submitted petitions and will be listed on the ballot at the annual meeting.

Officer of Secretary/Treasurer:

This is an exciting time for the New England PGA. The candidates will be campaigning throughout the summer and fall, and it is very important that we have a strong representation from our Section Members at the Fall meeting to show our support. Please be sure to clear your schedule on Friday, October 28, 2011 and attend the NEPGA Fall Meeting at Black Rock CC.
